Refusals and Appeals

The Home Office are able to refuse applications for lots of reasons. If you have Criminal Convictions or you have committed certain breaches such as working in the UK when you didn’t have permission to work, or you were not completely honest on an application to the Home Office.

All is not lost –
If your application has been refused it is important that you get advice straight away. There are time limits for lodging an appeal and we can advise you on the best way of approaching your appeal.

Many cases that are refused by the Home Office can be won at appeal and the better prepared your case is the more likely you are to succeed. We have a very high success rate with cases that are appealed.
