Students, Graduates and the Skilled Worker Route

The Immigration Rules provide for children and adults to apply for leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom in order to study.

The Student Visa
We can help you to apply for a student visa though you can often get assistance from the college or university that you are applying to. If you application is refused we would strongly advise that you get legal advice as soon as possible as we may be able to help you to get the decision overturned.
The Graduate Route
This is designed for International students who have achieved a degree from a recognised UK University to remain in the UK for up to 2 years in which they can look for work. This route allows you to stay on, look for work and as there are no minimum salary requirements you can work flexibly or switch jobs.
The Skilled Worker Route

From the Graduate route you can switch to the Skilled Worker Route if you have a job offer from a Licensed Sponsor. You will need to speak English at Level B1 and take the appropriate test to demonstrate this.
You can also switch into the global talent and innovator route.

You should contact us for more information on this.
